Shipping policy
Order processing time
Most in-stock orders are reviewed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days. During collection launches, gifting peaks, or promotion periods, handling time may be slightly longer, but we still aim to keep status updates clear.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery time
Transit time depends on destination, customs review, and the shipping method available at checkout. Estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Standard shipping: 10 to 15 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch (where available)
After an order ships, tracking details are shared through the order flow so you can follow the latest movement.
Address changes and delivery issues
If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has entered carrier processing, changes may become limited, but we will still help review the next available option with you.
Return & refund policy
Return eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
How to request a return
If your item meets the return conditions, reach out through our Contact Us page with:
- Your order number
- A short summary of why you are returning the item
- Photos of the item and packaging (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours with the next steps.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we will assist further.
